Eligibility: This Hockey Night Giveaway is open only to those who sign up to enter at https://www.usainjurylawyers.com/giveaways. You must be 21 years or older as of the date of entry to be eligible to win. The Hockey Night Giveaway (“Promotion”) is only open to legal residents of Nevada and California and is void where prohibited by law. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

 

Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Entrant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of USA Injury Lawyers as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Promotion.

 

Promotion Period: Entries to this Promotion will be accepted online beginning on 10/09/2023 at 7:00 pm Pacific Time (PT) and ending 10/27/2023 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time (PT). All online entries must be received by 10/27/2023 at 11:59 pm (PT). The Winner of the Promotion will be notified by 10/28/2023.

 

How to Enter: The Promotion must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://www.usainjurylawyers.com/giveaways. The entry must fulfill all Promotion requirements, as specified herein, to be eligible to win the prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these Official Rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of USA Injury Lawyers. You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the Official Rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Official Rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of USA Injury Lawyers. Alternatively, eligible entrants may enter the Promotion by mailing a postcard no smaller than 3.5 x 5 inches and no larger than 4.5 x 6 inches which contains entrant’s complete name, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth to: USA Injury Lawyers, 3233 W. Charleston Blvd., Suite 203, Las Vegas, NV 89102. All write-in entries must be legible, must contain the proper postage, and must be postmarked by October 23, 2023, and received by October 27, 2023. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard and each envelope/postcard will be considered one (1) entry.

 

Prize Giveaway: One (1) Winner of the Promotion (the “Winner”) will receive two (2) tickets to the VEGAS at ANAHEIM hockey game at 5 pm Pacific Time (PT) on November 5th at the Honda Center, 2695 E. Katella Ave., Anaheim, CA 92806. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the giveaway shall be solely determined by USA Injury Lawyers. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at USA Injury Lawyers’ discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for USA Injury Lawyers to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of USA Injury Lawyers. Winner will be notified by phone and email within one (1) day following selection of Winner. USA Injury Lawyers shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 24 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Promotion is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT USA Injury Lawyers’ SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE PROMOTION, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

 

Rights Granted by You: By entering and providing any entry content (e.g., photo, video, phone, text, direct message, etc.), You understand and agree that USA Injury Lawyers, anyone acting on behalf of USA Injury Lawyers, and USA Injury Lawyers’ licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to contact you, print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Promotion, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

 

Entry Content: By entering this content, You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, You will be disqualified at the sole discretion of USA Injury Lawyers. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, You shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless USA Injury Lawyers from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which USA Injury Lawyers may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.

 

Terms & Conditions: USA Injury Lawyers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the control USA Injury Lawyers corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion. In such case, USA Injury Lawyers may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by USA Injury Lawyers. USA Injury Lawyers reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. USA Injury Lawyers has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Promotion, to void entry or votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by the Official Rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless USA Injury Lawyers and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the giveaway; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries.

By entering, You agree that USA Injury Lawyers and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents do not and will not have any liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in or in party, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this giveaway or activity related to the Promotion.

 

Disputes: As a condition of participating in this Promotion, You agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Nevada having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Promotion). You further agree to waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

 

This Promotion is open only to persons who are legal residents of the State of Nevada, resident aliens residing in Nevada, or students temporarily in the U.S.A. on a valid visa to attend a school in Nevada.
