USA Injury Lawyers is a Veteran-owned and operated injury law firm serving communities in California, Nevada, and Wyoming.
The Founder of the company is Neal Tomlinson. Neal has more than 25 years of experience as an attorney licensed in Nevada.
He graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 1995 and from the University of Wyoming College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 1998.
Neal is a United States Army Veteran and served on active duty in the 2d Armored Cavalry Regiment 2d Squadron with tours of duty along the communist border between former East/West Germany and Czechoslovakia.

In September 2021, Neal suffered severe injuries in a car crash, and his desire to improve both the
legal and medical process for others led to his founding USA Injury Lawyers.
​
Neal has been selected five times to Super Lawyers, a rating reserved for only the top 5% of outstanding lawyers with high peer recognition and professional achievement, and was certified as a member of the MILLION DOLLAR ADVOCATES FORUM after obtaining a $3.3 million settlement in 2003.

Neal Tomlinson
Neal Tomlinson, with a distinguished 26-year legal career, has held esteemed positions as Partner at two national law firms. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science (BS) and a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Wyoming.

Greg Bailor
Greg Bailor, our Director of Marketing, is a well-respected political strategist and innovative entrepreneur. With an impressive 18-year career, he has been instrumental in developing campaigns and communication strategies for both political and private sector clients across all 50 states.

Director of Operations
Edgardo Ureta
Edgardo Ureta, our Director of Operations, boasts an 8-year business career encompassing management, operations, marketing, and events. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and an Associate of Arts (AA) in Entrepreneurship from the University of Hartford.
Social Media Coordinator
Kevin Bitting
Kevin Bitting, our Social Media Director, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Hospitality from UNLV and was formerly part of the media crew with the Las Vegas Raiders. He is currently pursuing his Master's degree at Cal State, Long Beach. With his diverse experience and passion for media, Kevin brings a unique perspective to our team.
